﴿ أَفَنَجْعَلُ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ كَٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ ﴾

“or should We, perchance, treat those who surrender themselves unto Us as [We would treat] those who remain lost in sin?”

Are We then to treat those who submit to Us as We treat the sinners? that is to say as belonging with them in terms of reward?
