Al-Ma'aarij • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ وَجَمَعَ فَأَوْعَىٰٓ ﴾
“and amass [wealth] and thereupon withhold [it from their fellow-men].”
and amassed wealth then hoarded keeping it in containers and refraining from paying from it what is God’s due.
