Al-Muddaththir • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ عَنِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ ﴾
“of those who were lost in sin:”
about the guilty and their predicament; and they will say to them after all those who believed in the One God muwahhidūn are brought out of the Fire
