Abasa • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ فَأَنتَ عَنْهُ تَلَهَّىٰ ﴾
“him didst thou disregard!”
to him you pay no heed talahhā the original second tā’ of tatalahhā has been omitted that is to say from him you are distracted by other things.
