Abasa • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ وَمَا عَلَيْكَ أَلَّا يَزَّكَّىٰ ﴾
“although thou art not accountable for his failure to attain to purity;”
yet it is not your concern if he does not cleanse himself if he does not believe.
