Al-Fajr • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ وَفِرْعَوْنَ ذِى ٱلْأَوْتَادِ ﴾
“and with Pharaoh of the [many] tent-poles?”
and Pharaoh the one of the tent-pegs he used to fasten four pegs and tie to these the hands and feet of those whom he tortured —
