Al-Fajr • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ ٱلَّذِينَ طَغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَٰدِ ﴾
“[It was they] who transgressed all bounds of equity all over their lands,”
those who were rebellious became tyrannical in the land
