Al-Lail • EN-AL-JALALAYN
﴿ فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَعْطَىٰ وَٱتَّقَىٰ ﴾
“Thus, as for him who gives [to others] and is conscious of God,”
As for him who gives what is due to God and is fearful of God
