Al-Aadiyaat • EN-TAFSIR-AL-TUSTARI
﴿ وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌۭ ﴾
“and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed:”
And verily to that He is a witness,Meaning God is witness to his actions, his states and his secrets.
