Al-Haaqqa • EN-TAFSIR-AL-TUSTARI
﴿ يَٰلَيْتَهَا كَانَتِ ٱلْقَاضِيَةَ ﴾
“Oh, would that this [death of mine] had been the end of me!”
�O, would that it had been the final end!�That is, �If only the first death had remained with me, and I had not been resurrected!�
