﴿ ۞ إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا ﴾

“VERILY, man is born with a restless disposition.”

Indeed man was created restless,He said:This means that he is turned this way and that by the impulses of his lusts (shahawāt) and pursuance of his desire (hawā).
