Al-Humaza • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ ٱلَّتِى تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى ٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةِ ﴾
“which will rise over the [guilty] hearts:”
(Which leapeth up over the hearts (of men)) which consumes everything until it reaches the hearts.
