Al-Maa'un • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ ﴾
“and feels no urge to feed the needy.”
(And urgeth not) nor observe (the feeding of the needy) giving alms to the needy.
