﴿ وَتَرَى ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِى ٱلْأَصْفَادِ ﴾

“For on that Day thou wilt see all who were lost in sin linked together in fetters,”

(Thou wilt see the guilty) the idolaters (on that day) the Day of Judgement (linked together in chains) with the satans.
