Al-Hijr • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ قَالَ إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ ضَيْفِى فَلَا تَفْضَحُونِ ﴾
“Exclaimed [Lot]: "Behold, these are my guests: so put me not to shame,”
(He said) Lot said to them: (Lo! they are my guests. Affront me not!) do not shame me in front of them.
