﴿ ثُمَّ لَنَحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ أَوْلَىٰ بِهَا صِلِيًّۭا ﴾

“for, indeed, We know best as to which of them is most deserving of the fires of hell.”

(And surely We are best aware of those most worthy) of those most deserving (to be burned therein) to enter hell.
