﴿ لَّا يَمْلِكُونَ ٱلشَّفَٰعَةَ إِلَّا مَنِ ٱتَّخَذَ عِندَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ عَهْدًۭا ﴾

“[on that Day] none will have [the benefit of] intercession unless he has [in his lifetime] entered into a bond with the Most Gracious.”

(They will have no power of intercession) the angels will not intercede for anyone, (save him who hath made a covenant with his Lord) through the attestation of �there is no deity except Allah�.
