Maryam • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَقَالُوا۟ ٱتَّخَذَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ وَلَدًۭا ﴾
“As it is, some assert, "The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son„!”
(And they say) i.e. the Jews: (The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son) He has taken Ezra ('Uzayr) as his son.
