﴿ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ ﴾

“In this way God makes clear unto you His messages, so that you might [learn to] use your reason.”

(Thus Allah expoundeth unto you His revelations) His commands and prohibitions (so that ye may understand) what you have been commanded to do.
