Al-Muminoon • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِلزَّكَوٰةِ فَٰعِلُونَ ﴾
“and who are intent on inner purity;”
(And who are payers of the poor-due) and give the poor-due from their wealth;
