Ash-Shu'araa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ ثُمَّ أَغْرَقْنَا بَعْدُ ٱلْبَاقِينَ ﴾
“and then We caused those who stayed behind to drown.”
(Then afterward We drowned the others) i.e. the rest of his people, after Noah boarded the ship.
