Ash-Shu'araa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَنزِيلُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
“Now, behold, this [divine writ] has indeed been bestowed from on high by the Sustainer of all the worlds:”
(And lo! it is) i.e. the Qur'an (a revelation) an address (of the Lord of the Worlds),
