Ash-Shu'araa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ فَيَقُولُوا۟ هَلْ نَحْنُ مُنظَرُونَ ﴾
“and then they will exclaim, “Could we have a respite?””
(Then they will say) when the punishment comes upon them: (Are we to be reprieved) from the punishment?
