Ash-Shu'araa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا لَهَا مُنذِرُونَ ﴾
“And withal, never have We destroyed any community unless it had been warned”
(And We destroyed no township) no inhabitants of any township (but it had its warners) warning messengers,
