Ash-Shu'araa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ﴾
“and place thy trust in the Almighty, the Dispenser of Grace,”
(And put thy trust in the Mighty) in His retribution against His enemies, (the Merciful) towards you and all believers.
