﴿ تَنَزَّلُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍۢ ﴾
“They descend upon all sinful self-deceivers”
(They descend on every sinful, false one) they descend on every sinful fortune teller: Musaylimah the liar and Talhah.
