﴿ يَأْتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَحَّارٍ عَلِيمٍۢ ﴾
“who shall assemble before thee all sorcerers of great knowledge””
(Who shall bring unto thee every knowing wizard) who is skilful in magic so that they can do what Moses did.
