Ash-Shu'araa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ فَأَلْقَىٰ مُوسَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِىَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ ﴾
“[But] then Moses threw his staff - and lo! it swallowed up all their deceptions.”
(Then Moses threw his staff and lo! it swallowed that which they did falsely show) of wizardry.
