﴿ نُمَتِّعُهُمْ قَلِيلًۭا ثُمَّ نَضْطَرُّهُمْ إِلَىٰ عَذَابٍ غَلِيظٍۢ ﴾

“We will let them enjoy them­selves for a short while - but in the end We shall drive them into suffering severe.”

(We give them comfort for a little) in the life of this world, (and then We drive them to a heavy doom) to a severe torment, one kind of torment after another.
