﴿ لِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْغَنِىُّ ٱلْحَمِيدُ ﴾

“Unto God belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth. Verily, God alone is self-sufficient, the One to whom all praise is due!”

(Unto Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens) of creation (and the earth. Allah, He is the Absolute) He is free of need for His creation, (the Owner of Praise) He Who is praised in His acts.
