﴿ تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ مِن رَّبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾

“The bestowal from on high of this divine writ issues, beyond any doubt, from the Sustainer of all the worlds:”

(The revelation of the Scripture) this Scripture is Allah's speech addressed to you (whereof there is no doubt) there is no doubt that it (is from the Lord of the Worlds.
