﴿ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُۥ مِن سُلَٰلَةٍۢ مِّن مَّآءٍۢ مَّهِينٍۢ ﴾

“then He causes him to be begotten out of the essence of a humble fluid;”

(Then He made his seed) his offspring (from a drought of despised fluid) from a weak drop of the water of man and woman;
