Faatir • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَمَا يَسْتَوِى ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ وَٱلْبَصِيرُ ﴾
“For [thus it is:] the blind and the seeing are not equal;”
(The blind man) the disbeliever (is not equal with the seer) the believer;
