As-Saaffaat • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِى ٱلْءَاخِرِينَ ﴾
“and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations:”
(And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation)) We left for Elias good praise among the people who came after him:
