As-Saaffaat • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ فَٱلزَّٰجِرَٰتِ زَجْرًۭا ﴾
“and restraining [from evil] by a call to restraint,”
(And those who drive away with reproof) He also swore by the angels who drive away the clouds and bring them together.
