As-Saaffaat • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا فِيهِم مُّنذِرِينَ ﴾
“although, verily, We had sent warners unto them:”
(And verily We sent among them warners) but they disbelieved in them and, as a result, We destroyed them.
