﴿ وَٱلَّذِينَ يَجْتَنِبُونَ كَبَٰٓئِرَ ٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْفَوَٰحِشَ وَإِذَا مَا غَضِبُوا۟ هُمْ يَغْفِرُونَ ﴾

“and who shun the more heinous sins and abominations; and who, whenever they are moved to anger, readily forgive;”

(And those who shun the worst of sins) i.e. idolatry (and indecencies) i.e. adultery and other transgressions (and, when they are wroth, forgive) and do not retaliate,
