﴿ وَلَقَدْ نَجَّيْنَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ مِنَ ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلْمُهِينِ ﴾

“And, indeed, We delivered the children of Israel from the shameful suffering”

(And We delivered the Children of Israel from the shameful doom) from the painful and severe doom.
