Adh-Dhaariyat • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ فَٱلْحَٰمِلَٰتِ وِقْرًۭا ﴾
“and those that carry the burden [of heavy clouds],”
(And those that bear the burden (of the rain)) and He swears by the heavy clouds which carry rain,
