An-Najm • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَمَا يَنطِقُ عَنِ ٱلْهَوَىٰٓ ﴾
“and neither does he speak out of his own desire:”
(Nor doth he speak of (his own) desire) he did not utter the Qur'an of his own desire.
