﴿ وَإِبْرَٰهِيمَ ٱلَّذِى وَفَّىٰٓ ﴾

“and of Abra­ham, who to his trust was true:”

(And Abraham who paid his debt) i.e. he conveyed the message of his Lord and acted upon that which Allah had commanded him; it is also said that this means: he did as he was told in his dream vision:
