Al-Qamar • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ أَمْ يَقُولُونَ نَحْنُ جَمِيعٌۭ مُّنتَصِرٌۭ ﴾
“Or do they say, “We are a group united, [and therefore] bound to prevail”?”
(Or say they) i.e. the disbelievers of Mecca: (We are a host victorious) and immune from punishment?
