Ar-Rahmaan • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ ﴾
“And the earth has He spread out for all living beings,”
(And the earth hath He appointed) He spread it on the water (for (His) creatures) for all created beings whether dead or alive,
