Al-Waaqia • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ أَوَءَابَآؤُنَا ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ ﴾
“and perhaps, too, our forebears of old?””
When the prophets answered in the affirmative, they asked the prophets: (And also our forefathers) who died before us?
