Al-Waaqia • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ ۞ فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِمَوَٰقِعِ ٱلنُّجُومِ ﴾
“NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur’an]”
(Nay, I swear by the places of the stars) I swear by the revelation of the Qur'an in instalments (nujuman) unto Muhammad (pbuh).
