Al-Waaqia • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ تَرْجِعُونَهَآ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ ﴾
“can you not cause that [ebbing life] to return - if what you claim is true?”
(Do ye not force it back) force the soul back to the body, (if ye are truthful) that you are not legally bound?
