Al-Qalam • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ بَلْ نَحْنُ مَحْرُومُونَ ﴾
“- [and then,] "Nay, but we have been rendered destitute!"”
Then they said: (Nay, but we are desolate!) We have been denied the benefit of the garden because of our ill intentions.
