Al-Qalam • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَمَا هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌۭ لِّلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
“[Be patient:] for this is nought else but a reminder [from God] to all mankind.”
(When it is) i.e. the Qur'an (naught else than a Reminder to creation) to the jinn and humankind'.
