Al-A'raaf • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ يَأْتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَٰحِرٍ عَلِيمٍۢ ﴾
“who shall bring before thee every sorcerer of great knowledge."”
(To bring each knowing wizard) who is proficient in wizardry (unto thee).
