Al-Ma'aarij • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ذِى ٱلْمَعَارِجِ ﴾
“[since it will come] from God, unto whom there are many ways of ascent:”
(From Allah) this punishment of the disbelievers comes from Allah, (Lord of the Ascending Stairways) the Creator of the heavens
